Our Annual Service Program, also known as our lake management service, does more than simply ensuring that your lake stays clean and full of fish, but ensures that the correct steps are taken to address changes in your lake early, and that your lake stays a beautiful, healthy feature on your property. We will begin by gathering information about your lake management goals, your vision for the lake, and whether the lake has any immediate concerns that need to be addressed. Often, a consultation visit is useful in determining the most efficient and complete strategy for managing your pond.
Through an Annual Service Agreement, you save time and hassle by enjoying regular service visits that can include:
Fish Feeder Filling and Maintenance
We will adjust feeding times as needed alongside filling and testing your feeders each visit to make sure they are running well. Issues will be diagnosed and can be repaired on site.
Water Quality
We collect water quality samples to check the health of your pond at a microscopic level, monitoring your water for harmful algae, zooplankton growth, pH, buffering capacity (Alkalinity), and water clarity.
Vegetation Control
Our professionally licensed applicators employ science-backed treatment and application methods to manage nuisance vegetation effectively while ensuring environmental safety.

Algae Control
Our applicators use top-of-the-line treatment methods to manage algae growth with a combination of nutrient management strategies to attack the problem at the root, and algaecide treatments targeted at ensuring the safety of your fish while controlling unsightly algae growth.
Cyanobacteria (HAB) Monitoring
We carefully monitor your lake through the regular collection of water samples tested in-house for the presence of harmful blue-green algae.
Fountain and Aeration Service
Monthly service visits are a fantastic opportunity to repair or maintain fountains and aeration systems. Our technicians will clean and service your fountains or aeration systems to protect their warranty and ensure seamless function for years to come.
Productivity Program
With the nutrient testing often included in annual lake management services, we can monitor the nutrient load in your lake and address many common algae issues before they arrive. Through careful nutrient addition or mitigation, we seek to ensure your pond is within the perfect fertility range to ensure plankton growth without encouraging the growth of dangerous blue-green algae (Cyanobacteria).
Annual Electrofishing
Almost all our annual service agreements come with reduced-cost electrofishing surveys on an annual basis to more effectively monitor your fish populations and their growth rates.

We attend regular conferences and training to stay tuned into the most current and effective management strategies. Through regular training and communication with manufacturers, we are familiar with and experienced in serving almost all major manufacturers of fish feeders, surface aerators, bottom diffused aeration units, and fountains.
